Quick Answer: Exosome hair treatment at Cult Aesthetics, Sector 46 Gurgaon, uses Dutexome Solution (c.prof 231) from mesoestetic — a professional mesotherapy formulation combining plant-based exosomes, dutasteride 0.05%, copper tripeptide, biotin and B-vitamins. The protocol is planned and supervised by hair transplant surgeon Dr. Gaurav Solanki, with trichoscopy-led diagnosis before any session. It is not a substitute for hair transplant in advanced baldness, but for the right patient it is one of the most effective non-surgical options available in Gurgaon today.
Doctor-led protocol. Trichoscopy-based diagnosis. Surgeon-supervised — planned by a hair transplant surgeon who will tell you honestly when exosomes are the right answer, and when they are not.
- 12+ years of operative experience in hair restoration
- 450+ documented hair transplant cases
- Surgeon-led non-surgical protocol · Sector 46, Gurgaon
Why hair fall treatment so often fails
Most patients have already tried something before they reach a hair transplant surgeon. A serum from a friend. A six-month minoxidil course nobody supervised. A round of PRP at a clinic that never looked at the scalp under magnification. Sometimes they have spent more than the cost of an actual transplant on treatments that did not address what was driving their hair loss in the first place.
Hair loss is not one condition. Androgenetic alopecia is genetic and hormonal. Telogen effluvium is stress, illness, post-partum, deficiency. Diffuse thinning can be thyroid, ferritin, vitamin D, scalp inflammation. The treatments that work for one cause are useless — sometimes counter-productive — for another. Without a diagnosis, you are guessing with your donor area and with your time.
What separates a doctor-led exosome protocol from a generic mesotherapy session is everything that happens before the needle goes in. At Cult Aesthetics we will not inject anyone we have not first examined under trichoscopy.
What is Dutexome Solution by mesoestetic?
Dutexome Solution — clinical code c.prof 231 — is a professional, CE-marked mesotherapy formulation manufactured by mesoestetic Pharma Group, Spain. It is designed specifically for androgenetic alopecia and diffuse hair loss, and is delivered through intradermal injections into the affected scalp zones.
What makes it different from a generic exosome serum is that exosomes alone do not block the hormone that is driving most male and female pattern hair loss. Dutexome combines five active components into one solution, each addressing a different mechanism of hair loss:
- Plant-based exosomes — lipid bilayer nanovesicles that carry signalling cargo (growth factors, peptides, microRNA-like molecules) directly into follicular cells. They support cell-to-cell communication, dermal papilla activity and the anagen growth phase.
- Dutasteride 0.05% — a dual 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor. It blocks the enzyme that converts testosterone to DHT, the hormone responsible for follicular miniaturisation in androgenetic alopecia. Delivered as mesotherapy, it works at the follicle with substantially lower systemic absorption than the oral form.
- Copper tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu) — a well-studied regenerative peptide that supports stem-cell activity in the hair follicle bulge, stimulates dermal collagen and improves scalp microcirculation.
- Biotin (Vitamin B7) — a co-factor in keratin synthesis, the structural protein of the hair shaft.
- B-vitamin complex (including dexpanthenol / B5) — supports follicular metabolism, scalp hydration and barrier function.
The product is supplied as 5 × 5 ml sterile vials, intended for use by a qualified medical practitioner. We do not perform Dutexome sessions in the absence of an examination and a treatment plan.
How Dutexome works for hair loss
The way to think about Dutexome is that it works on four problems simultaneously, instead of trying to solve one at a time.
- It blocks the hormone causing miniaturisation. Dutasteride suppresses local DHT at the follicle. Native hairs that were thinning year by year stop shrinking. Some of them re-thicken.
- It signals follicle regeneration. Exosomes and copper tripeptide are the cell-communication and stem-cell-activity side of the formula. They support the follicle environment so weakened hairs have a chance to return to a healthier growth cycle.
- It feeds the hair shaft. Biotin and B-vitamins are the building blocks of the keratin fibre — the part of the hair you actually see and feel.
- It improves the scalp. Dexpanthenol and B5 hydrate the scalp, support barrier function, calm low-grade inflammation. A healthier scalp grows healthier hair.
The result, in suitable patients, is that hair fall reduces, miniaturised hairs thicken, density improves and the scalp looks — and behaves — healthier. The result is not new hair appearing where the follicle is already dead. That is a different conversation.
Who is Dutexome best for?
Exosome and dutasteride mesotherapy works best when there is still living, treatable follicle to work with. Specifically:
- Early androgenetic alopecia — the patient is seeing density loss but the underlying follicles are still producing hair, just thinner and shorter each cycle.
- Diffuse thinning across the scalp where the cause is genetic, post-partum, stress-related or nutritional.
- Hair fall with miniaturised hairs — the vellus-style fine hairs visible under trichoscopy that haven’t yet given up.
- Patients not ready for surgery — either because their loss isn’t yet at a surgical threshold, or because they want to exhaust medical management first.
- Post-transplant maintenance — protecting the native hair around transplanted grafts and supporting the survival environment of new grafts during the early growth phase.
- Patients with scalp issues — mild inflammation, dryness, oily scalp imbalance — who benefit from the scalp-environment side of the formula.
- Female patients with female pattern hair loss who are not surgical candidates and need a non-oral option for DHT control.
Who may not be ideal?
This is the section most clinics skip. We include it because honest expectations are the start of a good outcome.
- A fully bald, slick scalp. If the follicle has been dormant for years, mesotherapy is not going to wake it up. You need a hair transplant.
- Advanced Norwood grade 6 or 7 baldness. Same reason. There is nothing meaningful to regrow in the bald zones — the surgical answer is donor-area-aware transplant planning.
- Uncontrolled medical causes. If your hair loss is driven by thyroid dysfunction, severe ferritin deficiency, autoimmune alopecia, scalp psoriasis, or another condition that has not been investigated, the medical cause is dealt with first. Dutexome on top of an untreated cause is the wrong sequence.
- Active scalp infection or inflammation. Folliculitis, untreated dermatitis, recent scalp injury — treated and resolved before any mesotherapy.
- Unrealistic expectations. Patients looking for a “one-shot regrow it all” treatment are not the right fit. Dutexome is a course of sessions, supported by medical management and time. We will tell you upfront if your expectations and the science are not aligned.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Dutasteride is contraindicated. We don’t use this protocol during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Dutexome vs PRP vs GFC vs hair transplant
The four most common conversations in our consultation room. Here is how they compare on the dimensions that matter to a patient.
| Dimension | Dutexome (exosome + dutasteride) | PRP | GFC | Hair transplant |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Best use case | Early-moderate androgenetic alopecia, diffuse thinning, miniaturised hair, post-transplant maintenance | Mild-moderate thinning, scalp environment support | Higher growth-factor concentration than PRP; mild-moderate thinning | Established bald areas with healthy donor |
| Source / technology | mesoestetic c.prof 231 — exosomes, dutasteride 0.05%, copper tripeptide, biotin, B-vitamins | Patient’s own platelet-rich plasma | Concentrated growth factors from patient’s blood | Surgical relocation of donor follicles (FUE / DHI) |
| Downtime | None. Mild redness/tenderness for a few hours. | Minimal. Mild redness. | Minimal. Mild redness. | 3–7 days visible recovery. |
| Result timeline | Hair fall reduces in 6–8 weeks. Density / texture review at 3–4 months. Maintenance from 6 months. | Visible change at 3–4 months. | Visible change at 3–4 months. | Visible growth at 4–6 months. Full result at 12 months. |
| Honest limitation | Will not regrow hair on a bald scalp. Course-based, not single-shot. | Modest density change. Doesn’t block DHT. | Same as PRP — growth factor support, no hormonal block. | Donor area is finite. Permanent decision. |
| Typical sessions | 7 initial (2 weeks apart) + maintenance every 3 months | 4–6 initial + maintenance | 4–6 initial + maintenance | 1 procedure (sometimes 2 for high Norwood) |
The right answer is rarely just one of these. Most patients we see end up on a combination — for example, dutexome plus medical management for hair fall control, with PRP or GFC layered in at specific intervals, and surgery on the table only if and when the diagnostic picture justifies it.
The Cult Aesthetics protocol
What actually happens, in order, when you come in for a Dutexome consultation.
- Consultation with Dr. Gaurav Solanki. History of hair loss, family pattern, medical history, medications, lifestyle. We listen first.
- Scalp photography. Standardised, multi-angle photographs of the hairline, mid-scalp and crown. These are how we measure change over time — not memory.
- Trichoscopy. Magnified examination of the scalp at the follicle level. We look at hair-shaft thickness, miniaturisation pattern, follicular unit density, scalp inflammation, scarring.
- Diagnosis. The cause of your hair loss is named. If a blood panel is needed (ferritin, thyroid, vitamin D, hormonal markers), we order it before treatment.
- Treatment plan. Whether Dutexome is the right answer, whether it needs to be combined with PRP / GFC / oral medical management, whether surgery should be on the table now or kept in reserve. This is written down. You leave with a plan, not a hope.
- Session. Sterile, intradermal mesotherapy across the affected zones using Dutexome Solution. Topical numbing is used for comfort. A session takes 20–30 minutes.
- Aftercare. No hair wash for 24 hours. Mild redness or tenderness for a few hours is normal. No exercise that triggers heavy sweating for the first day. Resume normal routine the next day.
- Follow-up tracking. Photography and trichoscopy at month 1, month 3 and month 6. We measure, then we decide whether to continue maintenance or adjust the plan.
What to expect — honest timeline
Hair grows on its own schedule. We don’t promise results outside that schedule.
- Weeks 0–4. Scalp environment improves. You may notice less itch, less oiliness, fewer hairs on the pillow. Some patients see a small initial shedding phase — this is the follicle cycling, not the treatment failing.
- Weeks 6–8. In suitable patients, hair fall stabilises. The number of hairs you lose during a shower or while combing should be visibly fewer than at baseline.
- Months 3–4. Texture and density support starts to be visible — particularly in the mid-scalp and crown if those zones still have miniaturised hair. Trichoscopy comparison against baseline shows hair-shaft thickening.
- Month 6. Formal review. Compare photographs and trichoscopy against baseline. Decide on maintenance schedule (typically one session every 3 months) or adjust protocol if response is sub-optimal.
We do not guarantee outcomes. We do guarantee a plan, honest follow-up, and a frank conversation if Dutexome is not delivering what we hoped — including the conversation about surgery if that becomes the right next step.

Frequently asked questions
Is exosome hair treatment available in Gurgaon?
Yes. Cult Aesthetics in Sector 46, Gurgaon offers exosome-based hair therapy using Dutexome Solution by mesoestetic, a professional CE-marked mesotherapy formulation. Treatment is planned and supervised by hair transplant surgeon Dr. Gaurav Solanki after a trichoscopy-led scalp examination.
What is Dutexome Solution?
Dutexome Solution (clinical code c.prof 231) is a professional mesotherapy product from mesoestetic Pharma Group. It combines plant-based exosomes, dutasteride 0.05%, copper tripeptide, biotin and B-vitamins in a single sterile formulation, designed for androgenetic alopecia and diffuse hair loss. It is supplied as 5 × 5 ml vials for use by qualified medical practitioners.
Is Dutexome better than PRP?
It is different, not strictly better. PRP uses your own blood-derived platelets to support the follicle environment. Dutexome also supports the follicle environment — through exosomes, copper tripeptide and vitamins — and blocks the hormone driving androgenetic alopecia through dutasteride. For patients whose hair loss is primarily hormone-driven, Dutexome addresses a mechanism PRP cannot. For patients with non-hormonal scalp issues, PRP may be sufficient. The right answer depends on what your trichoscopy shows.
How many sessions are needed?
The manufacturer-recommended initial course is seven sessions, spaced approximately two weeks apart. After that, most patients move to maintenance — one session every three months — for as long as they want to hold the result. Your exact protocol is set at your consultation based on the severity of your loss and the diagnostic findings.
Is the treatment painful?
Most patients describe it as mildly uncomfortable rather than painful. We use topical numbing on the scalp before the session, and the injections are intradermal — very superficial. A session lasts 20–30 minutes. The scalp can feel tender for a few hours afterward.
Is exosome hair treatment safe?
For appropriate candidates, mesotherapy with this formulation is well tolerated. Side effects, when they occur, are typically mild and self-limited — small redness, tenderness or pinpoint bruising at injection sites for 24 hours. Localised mesotherapy delivery of dutasteride means substantially lower systemic absorption than oral dutasteride, so the systemic side-effect profile is much lower. We do not perform this protocol during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on active scalp infection, or where there is an uncontrolled medical cause of hair loss that needs investigating first.
Can Dutexome replace a hair transplant?
If you still have living, treatable follicle to work with, mesotherapy can often defer a transplant or remove the need for one. If you have an established bald area — a slick scalp where the follicle is gone — mesotherapy will not regrow hair there. The honest answer is given to you at your consultation, after the trichoscopy.
Does it work for Grade 6 or Grade 7 baldness?
No. Advanced Norwood 6 and 7 baldness means the follicles in the bald zones are no longer producing hair. The right answer for those grades is donor-area-aware hair transplant planning, not mesotherapy. Dutexome can be useful after a transplant to protect the native hair around the grafts.
Can it be combined with PRP or GFC?
Yes. Most of the patients we see end up on a combined protocol — Dutexome plus medical management plus periodic PRP or GFC, sequenced over the year. The combination is chosen for your specific case rather than as a default package. We avoid stacking treatments just for the sake of it.
When will I see results?
Hair fall typically stabilises by week 6–8. Density and texture improvement, where it occurs, becomes visible at the 3–4 month mark. The formal review point is month 6, where we compare standardised photographs and trichoscopy against your baseline. Hair biology does not move faster than this, regardless of what a treatment costs.
Who actually performs the treatment?
The treatment plan and supervision are by Dr. Gaurav Solanki. Sessions are administered by Dr. Gaurav or by a trained clinical team member working under his supervision, in a sterile clinical room at Cult Aesthetics, Sector 46.
What is the cost of exosome hair treatment in Gurgaon?
Pricing depends on the number of sessions in the plan and whether the protocol is Dutexome alone or combined with PRP / GFC. We give you the exact figure at consultation after the trichoscopy — we don’t quote a single-session price without seeing the scalp, because the right plan and the right number of sessions vary case by case. To get a written quote, share scalp photographs with us on WhatsApp or come in for a consultation.
How is this different from any other mesotherapy in Gurgaon?
Three things. First, the product — this is the named mesoestetic c.prof 231 formulation, not a generic in-house cocktail. Second, the diagnostician — a hair transplant surgeon with 12+ years of operative experience reading your scalp, not an aesthetician applying a default protocol. Third, the honesty — we will tell you if mesotherapy is the wrong answer for your case, and what the right one looks like.
Do I need to keep doing this forever?
Maintenance every three months is the standard. Androgenetic hair loss is a chronic process — the underlying genetics don’t change — so to hold the result long term, you do need to keep up some form of maintenance. The exact form depends on your case and preferences; for some patients it’s maintenance Dutexome, for others it’s a switch to medical management at home, for others it’s a combination.
